Brie Tarts, with modified recipe, #25

I modified it for the flavors I make for the holidays.

Typically I make a crescent wrapped brie for Thanksgiving and Christmas with apricot. This year I used this recipe and adapted it for apricot filling. 
I cut the crescents into squares as the recipe states, then I put a dab of apricot down first then the cube of brie. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Much easier then the wrapped version I normally make.
