I Haven't had this in 100 years so I thought I would make it. All of the recipes out there are similar. This is a pretty specific dish. My recipe was from a Taste of home cookbook. This recipe uses the instant pot but you can also make it on the stove or in the crock pot.

I wanted to use up the rest of the Christmas ham before Easter ham was upon us. 

This is the recipe that found to start with

I don't know if this is really a recipe but, since my blog I guess it counts. 

Hubby calls this my "Fancy" tea and I LOVE it. I don't even remember now where I saw it- I think YouTube maybe. When I googled it, it seemed fairly simple:

Teavana Peach tea

Teavana Jade Citrus Mint 

Simply Lemonade and some honey

Hot water 

This is all really to taste it seems. I get the hot water boiling, pour 3/4 cup lemonade in a cup and warm that up in the microwave. I put the teabags in a large glass- 24 oz or so, add some honey, pour in the hot lemonade then top it off with water. 

Other variations use other peach teas and green tea w/o mint.

I made a new recipe for Hubby's birthday- as soon as I saw this in the King Arthur catalog I new this was the treat for him!  We have already been enjoying the Instant Mousse so serving it in a brownie was a new twist.

This is really random but I saw a package of Grands Biscuits with chocolate chips in them- that also included the icing from the cinnamon rolls. Go get them if they are still in the store LOL.

I guess it depends on what side of the states you are on. NYC - it's a Cronut (we missed out on them when we went). In Vegas it's a DoughCro. It's 5pm one night and Rob calls- "I have your next mission" ...
