It was supposed to be for Quintin's birthday but Covid happened and we didn't get to go see him in Columbus. I bought all the stuff...I couldn't let it go to waste...
IT. WAS. GREAT.
Aldi sells a chocolate mascarpone...I might have to try it with that next time.
A few differences- I used vanilla wafers for the crust and did not use a full water bath.
I didn't have a big enough pan to put it in. After the fact I realized I have some large sheet cake pans I could have used- but it was fine as is.
I need another one pronto
