My New Convection Toaster Oven!

Look what Hubby got me for our Anniversary!!

I love it!
It Bakes, Convection Bakes, Broils Toasts and keeps stuff warm-by Oster.

So now I get to go buy fun little things to use in it.
It holds up to a 13x9 inch pan
(without handles on the pan...sorry pyrex)

I bought a doughnut pan and 4 mini loaf pan, with coupons and gift cards at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Plus a 13x9 without handles.

I am so excited to use it!!
The lady at BBW said she uses hers all the time.
My friend Alma just got one too and she likes hers too.

Impossibly Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

Impossibly Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Pie From Aunt Betty, Crocker that is lol

Ground beef combines with bacon to add a delicious flavor to this easy cheeseburger pie - perfect when you want dinner to be ready in 50 minutes.

• PREP TIME 25 Min

6 slices bacon

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)  (I didn't have an onion...)

1/4 cup ketchup (I just eyeballed it)

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix

1 cup milk

2 eggs

       • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; set aside.

• 2 In same skillet, cook beef, pepper and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in ketchup. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

• 3 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

• 4 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with additional ketchup if desired.
