Cinnamon Bread Delight, with recipe

We love this bread around here, I made it recently again just a few weeks ago. I thought I would post about it again.  It's one of Q's favorites- he's been known to ask about it from time to time.
2011 & 2012 link to other posts about it.

3 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 (5.1 oz package) Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
 1 1/2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, grease 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle the Cinnamon Sugar in the loaf pans in the bottoms and sides if there is excess.

2. In a large bowl mix the Dry Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Pudding Mix, Baking Soda & Powder, Salt and Cinnamon. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients: Milk, Vegetable Oil, Applesauce, Eggs and Vanilla. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Divide batter between 2 pans.

3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf pan comes out clean.
