Steak, part 2

I tried steak again. It was originally New recipe # 4- now not as new.
This time I only seared them for maybe 1 minute on each side, then tossed them in the oven for 9 minutes. I checked the temps after every 3 minutes.

So we are eating and Hubby's looks pink as he likes it and mine was not as pink...well as I continue to eat mine get's pinker as his gets more cooked. He must have started on the thicker end and I started on the thinner side. We swapped what was remaining of the steak so he had my pinker portion and I had his more cooked! It worked out well.
