Here is another quick easy recipe- 4 ingredients. Mom made these first and gave us the recipe. The first time I made them Hubby, Q and I consumed them almost as soon as they were out of the oven.

Yes they are that good. 

Cool Whip Crinkles

Box of cake mix

8 oz cool whip

1 egg

Powdered Sugar for rolling the cookies 

Mix Cake Mix, Cool Whip and egg- it will be thick.

Roll into balls

Roll in powdered sugar

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes

Remove and cool on rack
