Penzey's Peanut Butter Banana Bread, with recipe

Hubby and I were walking around Penzey's a while back and he found this recipe for me.
I of course added chocolate chips to this haha. It was good- it didn't last long =)

PB Banana Bread, by Meredith Wittmann

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour

Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. In a small bowl mix the flour, spices and baking soda, set aside. Combine bananas, eggs, yogurt, peanut butter and melted butter in another bowl. Beat until blended. Add the sugars and beat well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, beat until blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60- 75 minutes. (check after 60 minutes and cook longer if necessary...it was for me).
Enjoy!
