I had some discontinued yarn I wanted to get used up, so I made a square until I ran out. I liked the yarn, it's nice and soft. It currently has no owner, I will just have finished blanket vs 4 skeins of yarn.

Q was home so Friday we took a trunk full of stuff to donate and we went to Krispy Kreme for Green Doughnuts of course.

#7, Breakfast Egg Rolls, 1/20/19

I can't tell you how many times I have made these since this first time, but they are easy and great for work breakfast.

Early March- Chet and Deuce

#6 Sausage Potato Chowder, 1/19/19

1 lb Bob Evans sausage
4 c Potatoes
3 c Chicken Stock
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Basil, Salt and Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 can Corn

Brown sausage in Dutch Oven, add potatoes, stock and seasonings, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 mins or until tender (I smashed the potatoes at this point) , add milk and corn.
