#5 Ham and Potato bake, 1/19/19

MMMMM this was so good on a cold day! I liked this more than I thought I would.

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) cooked ham, diced (I used frozen Christmas Ham)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir hash browns, ham, cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter in a large bowl; season. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking until brown, about 15 minutes more.
