#6 Sausage Potato Chowder, 1/19/19


1 lb Bob Evans sausage
4 c Potatoes
3 c Chicken Stock
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Basil, Salt and Pepper
1/2 c Milk
1 can Corn

Brown sausage in Dutch Oven, add potatoes, stock and seasonings, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 mins or until tender (I smashed the potatoes at this point) , add milk and corn.
