Pain Au Chocolat from King Arthur
I wanted to make a special treat for Hubby and King Arthur FINALLY had the chocolate sticks in stock when I placed my last order.
The dough lamination wasn't as smooth as I hoped. I think the butter was a touch too cold, so it splintered apart. But not bad for my second attempt. I laminated dough in 2020 when I made DoughCrosP
I would make these again. I might consider using crescent rolls though ;)
