2/27/21 Chicken Cordon Bleu

It is designed for the Air Fryer but it seems way easier in the oven.  I have made this many times since this day. I bake the chicken, then when its cooked through I toss a few ham slices on top and add cheese.  Done. The recipe has you wrap the ham around the chicken and that is too much like work. There is also a Dijon/Mayo dip recipe that is fab with this.
