I didn't really take photos as I went because I made it twice. The 1st time the cake was not at fluffy as it should have been and didn't rise. But here is the finished product- I was quite thrilled.
I also made the meringue mushrooms that are to decorate the roll.
This was super tasty and we enjoyed it!
