Public works building named after Scarcelli

CLARKSBURG — The public works building in the Glen Elk No. 2 section of Clarksburg now has a new name.
City officials dedicated the 21-year-old brick facility in memory of longtime Public Works Superintendent Frank Scarcelli.
Scarcelli, a fixture with the city for more than 40 years, died in June.
Scarcelli’s widow, Karen, and his daughter, Allison Debusca, unveiled the building’s new name before 75 to 100 family, friends and city employees gathered on the center’s south lawn.
