I got this great pan a while back and we told BFF that Eli was going to have a Train Party for his 2nd birthday, lol.
You had to fill one side of the pan almost to the top, then snap the top half to it, then tie it with kitchen string, so it wouldn't come off while baking.
The bottom side baked better then the top, but for a first try it wasn't too shabby. I know next time to add a little more cake batter.
The smoke stack broke off, so I attached it back on later with a tooth pick. It wasn't too steady until we added doughnuts for wheels.
