I bought this Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa blend to attempt a different recipe and by chance it had a quick instant mousse recipe on the back.
I thought it would be a great way to try the mix and see how sweet it would be.
This mousse only called for the mix, Heavy Cream, Sugar and Vanilla.
It was great and I can't wait to try the other recipe with it.
