#31, Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats 10/30/18

This was not everything I wanted it to be. I think instead of using white sugar I should have used brown. I didn't have maple syrup to sweeten with. 









INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (I used sugar and should have used brown not white)
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and cover.
  • 2. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 3. The next morning remove and eat. Can be warmed in microwave if using a microwave proof jar.
