Make it Monday: Jennifer's Birthday Dessert


We celebrated Jennifer's birthday at work 9/5/13.
I know she's a Fan of Peanut Butter (like yours truly) 

No baking required!!

Peanut butter Chocolate Dessert Recipe
(Recipe Below) 

Crush 16 of the 20 Oreo's and add your butter
Cut up the Reese Cups

Press Oreo mixture into ungreased 8x8 pan

Beat Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter and 1 C powdered sugar until smooth.

Fold in half of the whipped topping.

Spread over crust

Add your Reese Cups

Now, beat pudding mix, milk and remaining powdered sugar together.


Fold in remaining whipped topping


spread over the PB cups

Crush and sprinkle remaining 4 Oreo's over chocolate mix.

I added semi sweet and peanut butter chips as well...




This was FABULOUS!
I felt like I gained 10 pounds just MAKING IT...
This is definitely on the Make Again list...


Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Jif ® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
  • 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix

Directions

  1. Crush 16 cookies; toss with the butter. Press into an ungreased 9-in. square dish; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups.
  3. In another large bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and remaining confectioners' sugar on low speed for 2 minutes Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in remaining whipped topping.
  4. Spread over peanut butter cups. Crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.Yield: 12-16 servings.
