My Friend On Ravelry made one of these and I just HAD to make one too!!
The Pattern is HERE
However the Skirt is not the same as the Pattern
I used CorrineMB's "own fiddly thing" for that ;)
I think it looked better on the hand soap than the Dish Soap Bottle...
Don't Judge... ;)
