If anyone see's this in stores, unless you are going to use this in one shot, I do NOT recommend this.
What is it, you ask? Let me tell you. It's like Redi Whip with Alcohol.
I thought it would be good on ice cream, hot chocolate, you know that stuff.
And look! It's made right here in Cleveland...
Well, I used it once.
I put it standing up in the cabinet. (this is not to be refrigerated)
Went back to use it a little bit later and it wouldn't come out of the can...
Really???
This stuff isn't cheap either.
Hubby emailed the company and this is what they said:
Thank you for your recent CREAM website submission.
We are very sorry to hear your were not satisfied with your recent purchase of our product CREAM. It seems as if the propellant has been expelled from the can without any product, causing the product that is still remaining in the can to come out runny or not at all. This may happen if the can is not shaken vigorously before each use, especially before opening , which will not allow the contents to mix properly. This issue may also be cause by the canister not being held completely upside down when dispensing, which will release a large amount of air without product, leaving unused product still in the can. Also, make sure to rinse nozzle tip before storage , this will help ensure product will not harden in the tip and allow air to escape.
It is extremely hard to determine which scenario caused the malfunction of the product. To help I have attached some frequently asked questions and answers to hopefully prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any further questions.
OK-REALLY????
