Sour Cream Banana Bundt Cake

 This was gone in less than 48 hours lol


1 SOUR CREAM BANANA BUNDT CAKE
1 1/4 Hours-20 minutes prep

1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 1/4 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup of chopped walnuts (I used chocolate chips =) )

1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar
2. add eggs, one at a time, until blended
3. stir in vanilla and bananas
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt- then add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream
5. stir in nuts (or chocolate)
6. pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan
7. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 50minutes or until tests done with a toothpick
8. Enjoy!!

I got the original recope from recipezaar.com 4/29/2007 but now I cannot find it there but I found this link:

and the author says the same thing about recipezaar.
