I had been wanting to try a new icing recipe for Sugar Cookies to see if I like what I currently use or if there might be one that had a better finish.
I have never added lemon to the icing so that gave it a nice flavor. Overall the look I think is similar to the icing recipe I have been using for years now.
I think I have to try again on the cookies. I made them too thin and some were more crispy.
There is a chocolate cookie recipe on there I also hope to make :)
