Tiramisu Cupcakes

These were so good! lol

Hubby like Tiramisu, so I thought I would make cupcakes for him, minus the coffee and instead of rum in the filling, I used Baileys. Oh and I was not eating the left over filling out of the bowl...well not all of it  lol

I made a fresh whipped Cream topping with  Mascarpone Cheese

These had a coffee syrup on them, they went to work.

Dusted with Cocoa Powder

Ta-Da!!
