Christmas Cookie baking 12/19/18
I am not sure what happened but this is really the only picture I have of all of the cookie adventures.
I do have a ton of sugar cookie pics to post but this is all for the regular cookies.

#37, Chocolate Pizzelle, 12/16/18
I haven't made these since I have had my new kitchen! So I thought I would bust out the machine and make some for us and my friend Liz. They were GREAT. Not too hard, not too soft. I wanted to make the split version, half vanilla half chocolate, but I wasn't prepared to make 100 of them just before I would be making Christmas cookies. Maybe next time, hopefully in less than 3 years hahaha.

#36, Triple Chocolate Blondie bars 12/11/18
We were having a party at work and they were providing food, we provided desserts. At the last second I decided to make a cookie bar from the recipe that was on the back of the toll house bag.

#31, Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats 10/30/18
This was not everything I wanted it to be. I think instead of using white sugar I should have used brown. I didn't have maple syrup to sweeten with.

#28, Ham Potato and Egg casserole, 10/2/18
I had some old frozen ham I wanted to get used up so I googled Ham and eggs and this recipe happened,
Not only would I make this again- I might add less eggs in the mix and slap a fried egg on top before serving. I did that one night with the left overs.

#22-Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats, 7/18/18
Before:
After:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
- 1 medium banana(s), halved
- 1/3 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- 2 Tbsp chocolate peanut butter powder
- 1 pinch table salt
- I imagine you have plenty of options with this recipe: Using Protein Powder, Regular Milk or Regular peanut butter. But this is a Weight Watchers recipe so they are just trying to make this healthier I suppose. I made it as the recipe calls for- I have made it 3-4 times already for when I have to report to the building and it's great.
-
- Instructions
Mash half of banana in a medium jar or large glass; chop other banana half and add to jar with remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight; serve (garnished with fresh banana, optional).
