This was not everything I wanted it to be. I think instead of using white sugar I should have used brown. I didn't have maple syrup to sweeten with.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (I used sugar and should have used brown not white)
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and cover.
- 2. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- 3. The next morning remove and eat. Can be warmed in microwave if using a microwave proof jar.
