I have no idea what happened but I took no photos of ANY of the cookies I made other than the sugar cookies...
I purchased a Linzer cookie cutter from Amazon here and wanted to try it out. I tried to look for a softer cookie with not much success.

I think 38 new recipes for a year is my new record! I bought a new cookbook for my pressure cookers and Hubby found me 3 more! I am excited to get to cooking for sure! PLUS I have a new kitchen appliance to try new recipes on as well...an AIR FRYER OVEN. So hold on to your hats folks, more recipes are to come!
