Christmas Eve and New Years day food, with Chocolate Gravy recipe


I forgot to take Chinese photos but we went out to eat on Christmas Eve as normal.

Traditional Christmas Breakfast- Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits

Full Recipe: (I make half)

1/2 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Milk
1 teasp Vanilla
pinch of salt

1. Combine Cocoa, Flour Sugar and Salt. Add to Saucepan
2. Add just enough milk to make a paste.
3. Continue to add milk, stirring constantly.
4. Cook over medium heat until the consistency of pudding.
5. Remove from Heat and add vanilla.
6. Serve over hot buttered biscuits (or Refrigerator Grands Biscuits lol)

Christmas Dinner: Crock pot ham, stuffing, and Spaghetti and Meatballs

Sam's Club Pork loin wrapped in Bacon.
