As you can clearly see below in the photo- this is why I blog. So I can go back to find recipes I have made. I am very behind and go to look for ones I have made in the past 2 years with no luck! Hopefully I can get that worked out :)

Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. can creamed corn undrained
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
