We prepared Easter dinner on Sunday and took some to Mom so that on Sunday we could just relax :)
Ham in the crock pot, total cook time 5 hours:
2 C Ham stock
High for 2 hours
Low for 3 hours
*When one hour is left I made up the glaze and poured it over the ham*
Jiffy Creamed Corn Bread (Prior Blog Post)
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. can creamed corn undrained
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
