3/13/22 Egg Strata

Breakfast Strata

We had this for the first time at a Bed and Breakfast for our 10 year Wedding anniversary and I have always wanted to try to make it at home. We had 2/3 of a French loaf left and this was the perfect use for it. Egg Strata is just egg pudding with meat essentially. 



I used sausage since that is what I had- but would like to try it with bacon.



It was good and I would make it again if we had a bunch of left over bread- but we prefer the breakfast pizza I make with crescent rolls.
