I am getting read to put them in the oven right now!
So far I have cleaned and soaked the seeds for 24 hours in salty water, and then drained them.
Next I spread them out on a small cookie sheet sprayed with Olive Oil.
I added more salt then stirred them on the sheet.
Baked at 325* for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Bake until desired crispiness.
