Another "new" recipe LOL. The only thing new is I used barley- which I haven't cooked with in ages.
I put the meat on the bottom then added the veg on top. I had frozen green beans and corn to use up, then fresh baby carrots and 2 bite pre-washed potatoes. Then I added beef broth and seasonings.
I used the soup/stew button on the pressure cooker.
I cooked the barley separate on the stove and we added it at supper time.
Then I popped some rolls in the oven.
