At Thanksgiving I made sure to buy a smaller breast for a later date for us to try in the Air Fryer.
Now was the time.
It's a fairly easy recipe and you can really use any seasoning you want- This one only called for salt and poultry seasoning.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pound turkey breast, on the bone with skin (ribs removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- seasoning rub- whatever you like as a rub on Pork or chicken should be fine. Poultry seasoning, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, pepper, premade rubs- so many options
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rub the oil all over the turkey breast. Season both sides with seasoning rub.
- Cook at 350- skin side down 20 minutes, turn over and cook about 30 to 40 minutes more depending on the size of your breast. (until the internal temperature is 160F )
- Let is rest 10 minutes before carving.
