We use the Pillsbury Pie crust and use the recipe on there - but when I am feeling extra, I make this one. So clearly I have been feeling real extra since I've made this one 3 times already. 

I also learned something new- that you can use a splash of Milk as the wash and not waste an entire egg to brush on the pie. 

                                                     There's never a bad time for apple pie...
