#19- Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, Air Fryer 4/16/20

I happened to have extra cream cheese and egg rolls to make this recipe. 
We had it for dinner but its more of an appetizer- like Buffalo Chicken Dip




I passed on the green onion and Blue Cheese. These stayed piping hot the ENTIRE time.

Ingredients

  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Chicken- I used Sam's Club Canned Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined. Stir in shredded chicken. Mix well.
  • Following the instructions on the egg roll packaging, assemble egg rolls using about 2 tablespoons of filling for each egg roll. 
  • Place wrapped egg rolls in air fryer basket, leaving space between egg rolls. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook in air fryer at 370 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time.
