I made Snowmobile Soup again...different from last time of course and love the changes!
I made this last December 2014- HERE
This came from the Fix it and Forget it Christmas Cookbook.
Yaaaas! Steam on the camera!
The Recipe- If you go back to the 2014 post there will be varying ingredients.
Here is what I did this time
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup shredded carrot
Onion and Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper, feel free to add whatever seasonings you like to ground beef
5 lg potatoes, julienned like french fries
10 3/4 oz can of Beef Gravy
10 3/4 oz can of Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 soup can of milk
8 oz shredded cheese
Brown meat in skillet, until no longer pink, season, add shredded carrots. Drain excess grease.
Put meat mix in slow cooker.
Add potatoes, gravy, soup, milk, cheese and seasonings.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are how you like them.
*the cheese soup is a new addition because I ran of of shredded cheese- and I will use this from now on.
