We took a detour one Saturday after dinner to JoAnn Fabrics and I found this really soft yarn I wanted to try. I only had one coupon so I only bought one skein and it was just enough to make this cowl .

We had some mashed potatoes to get rid of from Easter so I decided to try to make Mashed Potato pancakes with Ham, topped with a fried egg.

I kind of loosely used this web site and directions from Sarah in making this ham. 

This is cooked in 10 minutes in the pressure cooker total. NOT PER POUND  hahahahaah

This was kind of a last minute though - so  make sure before you decide to do this that your ham will actually FIT in your pressure cooker.

#17 Crock pot chicken bacon ranch, 4/9/19

#16, Ribeye in the Air Fryer

Made Ribeyes in the Air Fryer and they turned out great. The fat doesn't get cooked though like on a grill so that might have been a disappointment for hubby.
