New Recipe #17- Food Network Lemon Ricotta Cookies

This time of year all you get is recipe emails and this one didn't disappoint!











I'm not sure what happened...the first batch burnt. So I lowered the temperature to 350 degrees...then they baked flat. I think the dough should be chilled before baking to avoid the spreading, so i will try that next time. I did not make the glaze and in place of lemon zest from a lemon, I used Penzey's Lemon Zest and Lemon Peel Powder
