#9 Riced Potatoes, 2/25/18

So I don't know if this really counts as a recipe but it's new to me so I'm going with it.
My 9th new recipe of the year is Riced Potatoes.
Hubby bought me a potato ricer for Christmas and I finally got around to using it to make mashed potatoes. I have another recipe for a gnocchi soup to try with it.

It was super easy and quicker than making normal mashed potatoes since you don't have to chop up the potatoes as small. After you boil them you just feed them through the ricer and smoosh them.
Then add whatever you would normally to potatoes and mix with a spoon. You don't have a need for a masher or hand mixer. Go easy on the liquid/butter until you get the consistency you want.
