I had some Apple Pie filling I made with last years apple bounty thawed out- it wasn't enough for a pie...but it was just enough to roll into crescent dough!
I got the full sheet of dough, not the one already cut into triangles.
The actual recipe tells you how to make these with apples...I just slapped my pie filling onto them, added some more cinnamon sugar and rolled them up.
