I have made these crackers countless times since this day. It's very versatile - you can really use whatever seasoning you have on hand.

After making the Dough Baby we have been looking up recipes to use the excessive discard that abounds. 

There seem to be way more today than there were May 2020. It's been fun to try out all the new ways to use the sourdough.
