I had old frozen raspberries I wanted to get used up so I googled recipes until I found one with ingredients I had on hand. These were so good! I froze some of them- I couldn't kill them all by myself!

#7- Flourless Chocolate Cake 2/15/18

This is actually called the "But it's not Valentine's day anymore chocolate cake"  because I ran out of time on Valentine's day to make it for Hubby. So when I told him it was for Valentine's day....

Cannoli Cake for Q

I made this last year for his birthday and it was such a hit I thought I would do it again. 

When Hubby pulled the cake out for them- almost in stereo it was "CANNOLI CAKE!!!!"

Safe to say I think I made the right decision.
