Birthday Steak- New Recipe #4
I surprised Hubby by making him steak for his birthday! I went to the butcher and picked them out all by myself! He's the grill master and picks the steaks to grill. I, on the other hand, was making them in the house.

FO: Sarah's Sweet Tea Shawl
Sarah is always hot and wears short sleeves or no sleeves at work. She wanted something that would still allow her to wear her short sleeves, cover her arms and not be too hot. I originally had another pattern picked out. I even had 10 rows crocheted on it. Then I saw a Ravelry friend make this shawl pattern and I knew it fit the bill for what Sarah was looking for.

FO: Kim's Hat
At the December craft fair- a coworker asked me if she thought I could replicate her boyfriends hat. The original met an unfortunate demise. I asked her to bring in the original to see what the pattern was & size. Worst thing I could say is I didn't think I could make it. I mapped out the original and went from there.
It turns out- it fit perfect. This is thicker than the original- I can't seem to locate the proper yarn.
The Hunt Continues.
