More Rolls!

I made 10 pumpkin Rolls in 3 hours today. I feel like a factory hahaha. They smell SO good! I hope I get to the rest of what I want to do today. I made sugar cookie dough Friday, and would like to try out my new cookie cutters I got. Hubby wants a HoHo roll too, that should be easy tho, I just have to go get the insides. Plus I have a few stops to make! I better get crackin!!

Apple Cake

My friend's mom gave me a recipe for apple cake, mmmm. I thought I bought Gala apples, but when I got home all 4 were Red Delicious. It's very moist!

Happy Birthday Sis in Law

Her B-day was November 13th. She wanted another Elmo cake. Hubby and I thought it would be cool if we made him in her favorite color...purple! (It looks blueish, but it really was purple)

And now I'm back to having excess frosting! lol

New Cookies

                        We went to Clarksburg, West Virginia in September for their Annual Italian Festival:

They were selling these cookies that looked like waffles. (My cousin had them at her wedding in August)

My Aunt said they are called Galettes. So her sister gave me the recipe. They were not as good as they were when we had them at the wedding, so I'll have to retry them.

                                               See they really do look like small waffles.

So after the Wedding, and after Rachel's house, I STILL had more frosting. So I made cupcakes for Hubby to take to work.

It's all gone...for now.

After the wedding cake, I had a ton of frosting left. So I made cupcakes for a jewelry party I went to on Nov 7th. The hostest mixed my cupcakes with hers on this Nifty cupcake stand she had. I only have pics of mine before I left for her house. I told her they were not fancy and she laughed at me...lol. All I did was fill a bag and put a star tip on it.
